Life Transitions Retreat

A workshop focusing on self exploration and growth during times of change, loss, and transition.

Led by Alice Steinfeld,M.ed,M.A,L.P.C ,  a skilled psychotherapist both in group and individual settings. Alice has been in private practice over 30 years and also works at Canyon Ranch in Tucson counseling guests and presenting lectures on topics such as healthy relationships, breaking up with a friend, forgiving a betrayal and life transitions. She has spoken on the Queen Mary numerous times and has facilitated retreats for young adults with serious medical conditions for over 20 years. Her love of group dynamics in a warm, safe and constructive environment is a perfect fit for Villa Estrella.
