Come experience VILLA ESTRELLA’s Pura Vida Wellness Retreat.For Costa Ricans, Pura Vida is the the essence to a long and healthy life and this specific region of Costa Rica is listed as one of the five worldwide Blue Zones where more people live measurably longer lives.

Sample itinerary:

Friday – Jan 25, 2019 – Fly to Liberia, Costa Rica.  Driver pick-up, tour of local town of Coco and surrounding beaches, lunch in town before arriving to the villa, Dinner provided.
Saturday – Jan 26, 2019 – Morning pilates, water aerobics, spa services and massages, option to go down to the private beach club, cooking lesson/demonstration, Breakfast (B), Lunch (L), and Dinner (D) provided.
Sunday – Jan 27, 2019: Morning Stand-up paddle boarding, afternoon barre class, cooking lesson – ceviche – 3 types-  B, L, D
Monday – Jan 28, 2019: Morning hike and beach Pilate workout.  Sunset catamaran cruise and snorkeling,  B, L, D
Tuesday– Jan 29, 2019: Morning Pilates and Barre, Optional zip line/animal park at Diamonte (20 minutes from the villa) Optional afternoon spa treatments, or visit the town of Coco for shopping, B, L, D
Wednesday – Jan 30, 2019: Departure, B

Villa Estrella has 7 bedrooms:  3 kings that can be single or double occupancy, 2 queens for single or double occupancy, a twin bedroom that can sleep 2, and a bunkroom with 7 beds.

Rates Include: Villa Estrella lodging, food, drinks, house alcohol, private chef, staff, transportation – van, driver, gas for their stay including one group transfer from the Liberia International airport (most flights get in the same time), all daily local transportation back and forth to the beach, into the town of Coco, heated pool. Staff gratuity included, 1 one hour massage, Catamaran cruise, and all fitness classes!

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree, concentration in Ballet Pedagogy from the University of Oklahoma. Upon entering OU with a dance scholarship, she sustained a broken foot. She was then referred to Physical Therapy And Pilates. Through out the years of dancing and the many injuries and pains that come with any type of athleticism she continued her Pilates as rehabilitation. As her Senior Capstone Research Project she dedicated a semester to Dance Injuries: Causes, Prevention, and Rehabilitation. After becoming so intrigued with correcting and rehabbing the body, Sarah became STOTT Certified and is excited to be helping others in health and wellness. She continues her training by attending numerous workshops and continuing her education through Stott Pilates. There is new research coming out constantly and she prides herself on keeping up with it to better her clients and their needs. Sarah specialties include some of the following: pre/post-natal, athletes, osteoporosis management, scoliosis management, muscle imbalances, back pain/ disc injury management, shoulder/ knee injuries, and so much more!
